Announcement: Welcome

Welcome to the Pine Forest Property Owners Association (PFPOA) website.

The Pine Forest subdivision is nestled within the Lost Pines area of Bastrop County, Texas.

Incorporated in 1978, the PFPOA organized to provide a nonprofit civic organization to serve as representatives of Owners and residents, to promote the common good and social welfare of the people of the community of Pine Forest.

Members of PFPOA elect a Board of Directors to enforce covenants, conditions & restrictions and execute the acquisition, lease, operation, management, repair and maintenance of the services and facilities of the Pine Forest subdivision.

The Architectural Control Committee’s (PFACC) main purpose is to protect the value and desirability of the properties within this subdivision.

  • Government Entities Committee – Discussions with Commissioner Hamner and Ms. Brenda Retzlaff, County Floodplain Administrator, regarding the County joining with the City of Bastrop in a moratorium on all new construction in Pine Forest Unit 6.
  • Communications – Request to use our Web Sites to announce May City Council Elections to include dates of Meet and Greet Candidate meetings, dates of Early Voting (April 23 – May 1st) and Date of main Election May 5, 2018.
  • Special Projects- Coordinate with the Manager, BCWCID #2 for resolution of Stand By Fees in Unit 6.

Web Site for printing and reference at any time.

Clean Sweep

Clean Sweep is Saturday, Oct 21st from 8:00-2:00 p.m. Now is the time to get rid of any trash, debris, etc… that you no longer want!

If you have tires, please remember there is a $4.00 charge per tire because that is the fee charged to us for disposal. We cannot take computers or monitors and refrigerators must have the coolant drained from them before we can take them. We also cannot take hazardous materials and paint cans must be completely dry. For large loads, you may be asked to take it to the facility on Hwy 20. For more information, please contact the office at 512-321-1145.

Regular Board Meetings

The Pine Forest Property Owners Association Board of Directors meets on the second Thursday of each month at 7 p.m., except for the months of July and December.  The monthly meetings are held at the First National Bank Building, 118 Highway 71/21 W (across Hastler Blvd from HEB) in Bastrop.
